Thanks for stopping by to read my new fat loss fitness blog. I hope that this is the first of many regular posts to come. 1.) Drink Filtered Water – One of the best, but least regarded weight loss secrets, is to empty your fridge of all those fizzy high sodium drinks and replace them with cool clear water!
